What is Real Appeal Effect and how does it work?: Our newest program is Real Appeal Effect, which is a diabetes-prevention lifestyle program offered with support from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). With a Transformation Coach, members get tools and motivational support for positive life changes. The diabetes prevention program empowers employees to lose weight and live healthy lives by providing them with a transformation program, a Success Kit, and easy online access. Our Transformation Coaches work with eligible members to develop a customized plan that works for the needs of each individual in helping them achieve their individual goals.
For employers, we help launch the program and engage your employees to participate.
