What I love about being a health coach:
I enjoy working with others on improving their quality of life with the tools we already have.

My background:
I have my B.S. in Psychology and continue to pursue higher education.

My hobbies:
I enjoy all kinds of crafting, writing, and creating. Woodworking and blogging have been two hobbies that I've been so active with these past few years.

My favorite tip to live a healthy lifestyle:
Fill your own cup first, in every way. So that others can then receive the abundance of the overflow that you'll have.

  • Food: I love tacos!
  • Outdoor activity: All outdoor activities, I love. They’re essential to my self-care. I crave the grounding that the outdoors gives me.
